All items will need to be signed for on delivery. We are unable to leave items without a signature. We can send parcels to your home address or an alternative address. Please note our couriers are unable to make timed deliveries.
We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours but please allow up to 5 working days. Orders received on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. We will notify you if any ordered items are out of stock.
The delivery charge is a standard courier charge of £5.95. Every effort will be made to dispatch your order on the day of ordering, however at peak periods this delivery time may be extended.
Telephone orders are always welcome using MasterCard, Visa, Solo or Switch. Extra security measures will be taken to guard against credit card fraud. We can advise you on size, colour and competition etiquette if you telephone, (01362) 683383 during shop hours. An answer service is available outside these hours.
We are happy to export orders. Please phone for carriage charge. Please always ask for a quotation so that the correct payment can be sent.
Refunds and exchanges will be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are unused and not damaged, within 14 days of receiving them. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods.
Please pack carefully to avoid damage. Also ensure that returned goods are fully insured against loss/damage. When returning items please write your name, address, phone number and why you are returning the item and if you would like a different size/colour or refund etc on a piece of paper and send with the item you are returning.
Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry, (Health & Safety Act 1972). Riding hats cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault. This does not affect your statutory rights.
